How can I make a reservation?
When does the cancellation fee apply?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Same day:
- 100% of the total fee

- One day prior:
- 50% of the total fee

- 2–7 days prior:
- 30% of the total fee
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at check-in or check-out.
Accommodation
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Depending on your arrival time, we may ask you to use self check-in. If so, instructions will be
provided in advance.
What is the maximum number of guests for each unit?
- by the Sea: up to 4 guests
- Mountain: up to 2 guests
- If you wish to stay with a larger group, please contact us separately.
Are children allowed to stay?
Children aged 4 and over are counted as one adult guest, even if no bedding is required and they share a bed.
One child aged 3 or under may stay free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Are breakfast or dinner included?
We do not provide meals. Please go to nearby restaurants or izakayas or cook yourself.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, cooking utensils, and basic seasonings.
Cabins & Facilities
Is parking available?
One parking space is available for each unit.
If you are arriving with two or more vehicles, please contact us in advance.
Are BBQs allowed?
BBQs are not permitted on the wood deck patio or in any outdoor areas.
Additionally, cooking indoors with hot plates, yakiniku grills, or other methods that may leave strong odors are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
All cabins are non-smoking. You can smoke outside with the ashtray. Please be mindful to close the doors and windows to ensure the smell doesn’t go inside the cabin in consideration of the next guests.
Is there a kitchen in the cabin?
Yes, each cabin is equipped with an IH (induction) cooktop.
What cooking utensils and seasonings are provided?
- Frying pan and pots
- Basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper)
- Tableware
- Dishwashing liquid and sponge
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Microwave
- Refrigerator and freezer
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available at the cabins.

What amenities are provided?
- Face and bath towels
- Toothbrush
- Razor
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap
- Hair dryer
- Please note that pajamas are not provided.
Are rooms cleaned daily during the stay?
For stays of up to 2 nights, linen (bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases) will not be changed.
For stays of 3 nights or more, cleaning including linen changes can be arranged upon request.
